Ordered through uber, order never arrived. Called them to complain and the woman (Melissa) on the phone was rude.
I’ve ordered from here a total of 3 times, and not ONCE has my order been correct. The first time I ordered delivery, and it arrived missing one of the cookies for the cookie’wich I ordered. I reported it through the app and customer service reached out the next day and offered to redeliver it. I responded with a date and time for that to happen, but they didn’t respond till after that day had passed. DO NOT order from uber . They use a third party driver, even though on the app they claim they use their employees to deliver. I ordered a 12 pack for my dad’s birthday as a surprise. I waited an hour and thirty minutes with no phone call from them, or the so called driver. I called to ask if when they were getting here, and they told me 5:27. They never have the cookies I ask for and tonight they had me pay for a cookie and then I heard them whispering on whether or not they should keep the last cookie of thag kind or sell it to me and they decided to tell me they were out. Mind you AFTER I paid. Then they had the audacity to offer me two classics after I paid for a deluxe. Like I wanted the deluxe I dont want two classics, if I wanted to classics I wouldve ordered two classics. Yall need to stock your store better.
