The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I stopped by a few minutes ago, and there was no one at the front counter. I waited for about five minutes while a man kept walking in and out without even acknowledging me or letting me know if someone would be helping me. Then a woman came out of a door smoking. What should have been delivered in 30 mins as we were only 5 miles away took over an hour and they still did not show up with cookies. Don’t say you sell and deliver cookies if you cannot actually do it. The order was at 11pm (yes late) but they are called insomnia cookie. Late night cookies are their “thing”.
