I visited Insomnia Cookies after midnight night and even tried their ice cream it was amazing! I loved that it’s open late n perfect for a sweet treat after dinner The cookies and ice cream were both delicious!!!
Today 1/27/2026 @ 12:24 we came in for cookies the female who took our order was upset because she was mopping the floor because of the snow and we asked if it was open she took her time asked the man in the back he said yes we came in she said nothing but she smacked her thigh poor customer service and attitude.
Cookies themselves were good but the service via phone was inconsiderate, being from out of town we ordered to pick up at a meet spot. Waited 30 min, no driver available after we were told there was going to be a delivery, we drove to pick it up ourselves 25min out of our way.
