Being a long time insomnia customer from Boston I was extremely disappointed with this branch. I was also told I am not able to buy more than 3 cookies. I personally think they wanted to have them after closing. Other members of the staff bought in food from outside and was having it in the kitchen which i also don’t think is allowed. The worst part of my visit was this girl at the back who wears glasses probably a teenager telling me get my hands off the glass of ice cream display. Don't ever order from this place. Horrible experience. No customer service. I ordered a cookie with ice cream. Only the cookie arrived. I called and the manager was like "it's busy, I can send you another ice cream". I asked when will it get here, and she didn't know. I said I want a refund, she said she can't do that cause she already ordered the ice cream. I said I should get priority delivery if you screwed up my order. Ice cream arrived 3 hours later melted.
The girl is rude as hell ! Don’t go to this place at all people !! She told me I can only have 1 cookie and I was confuse and if you see this reviews I hope you lose your job
