I went in there with my friend after having dinner looking for something sweet. I went inside first not being sure if it was open, I sign to my friend to come inside when the black heavy weight gentleman behind the counter yells at me to close the door behind me because it didn’t close all the way. My friend and I had dinner at Homegrown cafe ( service is also mid but this was worse imo). We wanted something sweet and both have never tried insomnia so we decided why not. My friend and I were unsure if the place was even open so he went first. When I walked in next my friend tried to briefly warn me the door doesn’t close but the heavy weighted short black gentleman told me first to “close the door”. Not anything like the other insomnia cookies by the mall... I've never had to wait more then a minute for my order... having great workers helps

Came in with my friends visiting from another state. Just had some fun so I’m over here thinking we can get some ice cream and cookies before it closes. The minute we get in there, the guy in there already has a crazy attitude. Has the worst customer service. Doesn’t know how to talk to any of us nicely. Rushing us because it’s about to close when it doesn’t close in another 25-30 minutes telling us to hurry up and choose what we want. Heavily sighing after everything we order.
