Thief's! Highly unprofessional! The driver Who was working here on 1/31/26 stole our order at 954pm. They claimed it had been delivered. But there's no picture to confirm? So I gave them a call to figure out what's going on? the girl who answered told me the food had already been delivered, I explained how I'm outside my house and it hasn't been delivered. She said don't worry you will get a picture conforming delivery. Then hung up when I asked to speak to management........
Cookies were great. The delivery experience less than desirable. None of my instructions were followed. As a result i am deactivating my insomnia cookie account. Only because they use door dash and I did not realize that. I asked for the door bell to be rung and cookies handed to someone. Instead they were left outside on the step in freezing cold buffalo weather.
Hard pass. I know good cookies/desserts. Finally got to trying these. Online order pickup, waited at counter for someone to finally show up like others mentioned. After 10 mins I was handed this small box, I was like "how can there be 6 large cookies in here??" Opened box, what a disappointment :( The only upside is they were warm. Chocolate chunk - God awful quality chocolate. So bad that the chunks don't even melt, horrible aftertaste. Salted caramel - wth?
