Way overpriced not at all worth the product they give you the store is trash and the employees are not very helpful
Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter's birthday for pickup at 7:30. When I arrived I was nonchalantly told it was cooling without any apology for the wait. After an hour, my order was finally ready. I called another location to find out cook time is 15-20 minutes which means they forgot my order entirely. Customer service at this location is TERRIBLE! This is the 2nd time I've had a customer service issue at this location.
Got hooked in Cleveland. So good!
Cookies small as hell regular cookies nothing special for $34. Very disappointed I cook better than this
Cookies taste good but a bit pricey. I like better than crumbl but they are definitely smaller.
