I love Insomnia Cookies but unfortunately, my last visit was less than great. The young lady that served my daughter and I was very rude and kept sighing and rolling her eyes. It made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by her having to do her job. My daughter thanked her when we received our order and she ignored her and walked away. Not the service I am used to. Typically, the workers are extremely friendly and nice.
Cookies are ok. Subway has better. Service was lacking. There needs to be a better store front and kitchen division, and don't make people stand there watching the drama waiting to order. Parking is difficult. The shop is small to begin with, but they also sectioned off half of it to store boxes.
Cookies were raw I even waited to have them baked fresh. Very disappointed.
