Cookies are overrated and small. The employees also appeared to be tense and maybe burned out. Parking was not an issue at least.
We don’t know the guys name that helped us but he was super friendly and nice. He mention he sometimes help open new stores when needed. We asked him to share our feedback about opening a new insomnia cookie’s store in the Hershey or Harrisburg area!!!!
The cookies are average for nearly $5 per cookie. They are served warm, which is nice. Otherwise, say over priced for a cookie.
I have been buying these cookies for my son's birthday every year since his freshman year. He loves them. This year someone took his order when I called it in the sent a new order with no problem. Their service is great and cookies are delicious. Thank you so much.
