Love love this place . I go here for all my Lazer hair removal procedures. Staff is very friendly and I don't feel uncomfortable at all
I had a fever and tested positive for flu. I called the day of the appointment which was a Tuesday (as they are closed on Monday) to reschedule, and I explained my situation, they charged me 25 dollars cancellation fees. Note that I am one of the regular customers and I was very disappointed. I guess the only way to avoid the fee is just to go to the appointment with a positive flu test and spreading the infection..
Loved this place and the people. All the girls were super nice and made the process so easy. I’ve had great results and recommend the treatments and place to all my friends!
