Lovely trainers
An O Cosmedics customer of 14 years, I’ve had my first issue with a product and the response has been awful. I never expected such a hostile experience thinly veiled with the passive aggressive use of “lovely”. So disappointing. You would think paying for high quality products assures you of quality service, this is not the case here.
