We got a notice for one day of service. The smell was so bad we couldn’t sleep in our house. Then the next day they came back. Told us we won’t have that issue today because they did ours yesterday. WRONG. MY HOUSE SMELLS ONCE AGAIN. There is no compensation for dealing with this. My throat hurts, my lips burn and my eyes are watering. Not a happy homeowner.
Did not think service engineer was knowledgable
You chose the first day of school to deploy your cured-in-place pipe thing technology right in front of a magnet school in Hartford, CT spewing toxic fumes during dismissal. Students were coughing and covering their mouth. Earlier on, we could hear employees on the phone saying to their supervisor «we thought school was starting next week», so amateurish, the academic calendar is widely and publicly available.
