The best thing about this building is the location. It’s a nice neighborhood with access to many stores. The building itself is not worth the cost of rent. I’ve lived here since 2020 and that’s why my rent is just under $1,800 (not including parking) for a 2 bed under 900sqft. The rooms are tiny. It’s not luxury living at all. When I first moved into the building, I genuinely enjoyed living here. Despite the higher rent, I felt it was worth it due to the sense of safety, cleanliness, and the secured parkade. Unfortunately, over time, that perception has changed. A couple of weeks ago, there was a break-in in the parkade. HA! To whoever said this building is secure and safe! Really?! Multiple vehicles were broken into. WITH ONLY ONE CAMERA IN THE PARKADE???? For the amount of rent you pay, there is no urgency for anything! New management is completely incompetent. The building is definitely deteriorating and it’s not clean. Garage EVERYWHERE. Would never recommend this building to anyone!

What is going on with the trash service ?! The whole garbage room is so full, people cannot open the doors and have now started leaving garbage in the hallway on the main level. The stench is horrible. I really hope this new management wakes up before they get sued for exposing the tenants to biohazard !!
