When I first moved into the building, I genuinely enjoyed living here. Despite the higher rent, I felt it was worth it due to the sense of safety, cleanliness, and the secured parkade. Unfortunately, over time, that perception has changed. A couple of weeks ago, there was a break-in in the parkade. HA! To whoever said this building is secure and safe! Really?! Multiple vehicles were broken into. WITH ONLY ONE CAMERA IN THE PARKADE???? For the amount of rent you pay, there is no urgency for anything! New management is completely incompetent. The building is definitely deteriorating and it’s not clean. Garage EVERYWHERE. Would never recommend this building to anyone!

What is going on with the trash service ?! The whole garbage room is so full, people cannot open the doors and have now started leaving garbage in the hallway on the main level. The stench is horrible. I really hope this new management wakes up before they get sued for exposing the tenants to biohazard !!
I have lived here a little over a year. The building is great and my experience has been positive for the most part. When you pay a premium price to live in an apartment of this calibre it is hard to overlook some noticeable cracks. You expect strong upkeep and consistent standards. A few areas have slipped since the change from Boardwalk to UniiPM and some concerns remain unresolved. I want to highlight Cosam’s patience and responsiveness. He listens and follows up every time.
