Potential tenants BEWARE! I lived here, and I genuinely cannot recommend this building to anyone. For $2k+ per month, the living conditions, lack of amenities and quality of property management are absolutely bonkers . Moving out was the best part of living here, and somehow, the management has managed to make even that difficult. THE PROS: Location. THE CONS: Everything else. - Extremely noisy. Excellent Experience I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Insignia Towers. The building is well maintained, the environment is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The best thing about this building is the location. It’s a nice neighborhood with access to many stores. The building itself is not worth the cost of rent. I’ve lived here since 2020 and that’s why my rent is just under $1,800 (not including parking) for a 2 bed under 900sqft. The rooms are tiny. It’s not luxury living at all. There are no amenities that justify the charge. None at all. Not even a common ro or the terrace we were told about in 2020 lol. We never even saw that. There’s constant dust everywhere.
