I brought in a fleece jacket to have my father's name embroidered on the front. I thoroughly appreciated the ladies who work the front office. Both were very friendly and provided outstanding customer service! Even though Insignia does not do laser (e.g. for books), the ladies offered ideas of businesses who might provide that service. For the embroidering of the jacket, the turnaround time was one week and the price was very reasonable.
