Lovely staff here. Shout out to Emma, who helped me out when my glasses (from another store) needed emergency fixing! Very warm, kind, and friendly atmosphere as soon as I entered the shop.
Very kind service I had on a particular pair of glasses I wanted to buy and I had good contact on that prior to my trip to Melbourne via mail. The service re glasses and lenses was kind and competent
