I love businesses like this; small and 100% personalised service. The care I’ve had from the team there has been first class, but a special call out to Olivia who manages everything for you, and Josefiina for the specialised optometry care. I personally like to support local business, but they have to deliver, and here they absolutely do. I highly recommend them.
Love seeing a small business doing things right – definitely recommend! Lovely staff here. Shout out to Emma, who helped me out when my glasses (from another store) needed emergency fixing! Very warm, kind, and friendly atmosphere as soon as I entered the shop.
Very kind service I had on a particular pair of glasses I wanted to buy and I had good contact on that prior to my trip to Melbourne via mail. The service re glasses and lenses was kind and competent
