Darren is an exceptional optometrist - knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain your eye health in detail, offers thoughtful advice, reassuring and never rushes through appointments. It's clear he’s truly invested in his patients' wellbeing. I saw Josie the optometrist who was just awesome and calming as I suffer with high anxiety. And then I saw Mel the receptionist/salesperson to sort out new glasses and payment. Both of the girls were so friendly and helpful not to mention they made me relax through this whole appointment. I highly reccomend going here for your optical needs Pennie
Lovely Staff. Great service with Mel at desk. Always a pleasure to see Mark & Darren. Both fabulous & very professional regarding our eye care. We have been customers for a number of years and dingley eye centre never disappoints. Highly Recommend 😊
Georgina was fantastic and repaired my glasses, they just needed a tiny screw and back to new. I would have paid for the friendly greeting but there was no charge
