Rip off, make appointment and no one mentioned that we are not doing bulk bill. Even, I was there to fill up my details and did not say anything until check up finish. Asked to pay $90 and Medicare benefit$65. I do understand if they charge but I did not like dirty trick played on me. Be aware if you do not want pay out of pocket avoid them because there are many shops who still do bulk bill I am not sure ,If they charge for concession card holder. Double check otherwise end up like me.

These guys are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble, my daughter damaged her glasses after a few weeks and they were able to fix them on the spot, no issue! I cannot recommend them enough. Super friendly service!
Mark explained every process and test in great detail which was very informative. Mel & Emma were so friendly and amazing with choice and fitting of glasses.
