Hey guys, what a great experience at Dingley Eye, Insightful Eye Care. I needed help to sort out my Dry Eye condition & Specialist Josie took on the task. She explained the condition exactly & the steps required to get a favourable outcome. The journey has been a long one but Josie gave me lots of care, plus we managed a few laughs along the way. Special thanks also to Mel & Emma who organised everything from appointments to delivery of my new Ziena glasses which are fantastic! Thank you all. You are my other family!🤓
Mark was very helpful. Explained things to me that went over my head at previous optometrists’ appointments. Emma and Mel are lovely, they both helped me choose my frames and took more time than again, I have experienced at other practices. The space is the perfect balance of professional, relaxed and welcoming. I’ll definitely be a returning patient, I’ll be in good hands.
