I have been seeing Dipti for over two years now assisting me in managing stress, work load and also focussing less on the little things. Dipti has helped me becoming more confident, comfortable in my own skin and mindful with her welcoming nature and structured sessions. Absolutely amazing!!! Very professional and respectful. Amazing at what she does! very thoughtful and kind. I am support worker and have had clients go here. They have improved so much it’s incredible. Very down to earth. Easy to get along with. Always on time and always positive! A round up of our month or so of our experience dealing with Insight works. Firstly good luck to getting through to these guys, they never answer their phones or emails, unless it’s regarding money you will get a quick response then. You would think with the money they charge they could hire actual reception staff. WARNING do not email them your credit card details-that was the 2nd RED FLAG something wasn’t right!!
