Insight Wellness Works provided Cooking Demo's for our Fire Rescue Team. The staff here are quick to respond, provided adequate content that will continue to be used by the Fire Department at the various stations. They went above and beyond and even brought in their own "healthy snacks" they made at home for the different stations to try. This was a wonderful experience with caring and motivated leaders! We used the Zumba classes and they were a blast, so much so that we booked an entire month for our employees.
