Overall, not so great. We were a smaller plumbing shop looking for a good "buy once cry once" type of sewer inspection system, we thought we'd done our due diligence and dialed in on this system as one we could use for a few years to build on, it's been an "okay" system, the clarity could be a lot better and the overall build quality is fairly low for the money spent. I'm honestly not sure how to rate this. The camera itself is fine. BUT the tech support - TERRIBLE! We are on a job & need to get some help NOW - but.....after trying to call in several times, couldn't get a live person once. Leave a message - still no call back. SO disappointed. Spent a LOT of money and expected some help even 4 years after the sale. First & foremost - a back story would help. I really like my Opticam. We use it primarily to inspect laterals. The system seems really durable and easy to use. The picture quality is great. Had to call in to customer service to check on a feature operation and they answered my questions and took care of me right away. We'll see how it goes but so far I am impressed. I guess Wisconsin guys know how to build a quality product.
We have been using opticam for more than two years, the videos have a very good quality, we could not be happier with the camera and the customer service is excellent.
Lateral inspection is super easy with opticam. The support we received we excellent .. 5 star.. Support is top notch. Couldn’t be better!! Couldn’t be happier.
