My medication request was mishandled then ignored before my second cataract surgery, then I was scheduled for a 5:30 appointment for surgery. I arrived on time and waited until 6:15 to be admitted and then waited until after 9:00 for Dr. Tubbs to arrive, smiling and happy if unapologetic. Then my second follow up appointment with Dr. Proudy was rescheduled the same day to three days later. I show up today and I'm 12 patients out with no chance of being seen within the next hour. I have had several bad experiences with InSight. The wait times are long (45-60 min.). The staff is impolite. The consultations are short, rushed, and consist of hardly any communication with the patient. I have made little to no progress in treating my condition despite being seen here several times.

ive had a detached retina , later on 4 years later i had cataracts , i had a great doctor in boise mr . leo harf , who fixed it all , i move back home to denver and had my left eye went bad 2 years later , in my search here at home i found that dr tubbs office had looked at me , they got appointments times wrong , read my insurance coverage wrong ,a very rude girl that checked my eyes before dr tubbs told me what he was going to do to my eyes, it didnt feel right so i found dr. mike teravilla over at cu hosp and he got it ri... read more
I went in recently for an exam with Dr. Lee. She was very thorough and made sure I understood what she was testing for and all about the anatomy of the eye. Dr. Lee made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
