I thought that I was going to have good things to say about this facility, its doctors, and staff. Over time, I have come to find out, directly, that this tightly-knit organization is calculating, deviate, manipulative, and deceptive. They will falsify your records to benefit their ends. They will disregard health problems with your eyes to benefit their ends. First experience in the eyecare world! Everyone was patient, and professional with me. Dr. Lee took the time to explain the results and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. The staff was friendly and helpful. When getting my measurements done, I know I had a hard time staying still. Nevertheless, the technicians were patient with me and waited for good feedback from the equipment. I'll be going here for all my optometrist needs!
Amazing staff and great customer service! They even helped me get a pair of temporary glasses ordered so I could safely drive home leaving town! Definitely recommend this professional and amazing office for any eye care needs! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain everything in a way that you can understand without a multitude of medical jargon that the layman (like myself) wouldn't understand.
