Dr. Francis DiPaolo is an outstanding eye doctor. He is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. DiPaolo to anyone looking for excellent eye care.
Sara, the managing assistant, never ceases to amaze me with her professionalism, knowledge of all details, and readiness to fix things going aglay; she is so impressive, every health practiotioner should be lucky to have her.
After I make my first appointment with Dr. Dipaolo, I traveled out of the country when I came back I got emergency eye problem (redness, swelling , itching and tears) it was happening on Friday afternoon I went emergency to eye doctor . I told this situation during my visit he said “I don’t understand why you came after seen by another Doctor”? I was shocked and try to calm and explain the situation but he was not interesting to listening me . I decide it should be my first and last to visit him.
