OVERPRESCRIBED PRESCRIPTION on CONTACTS AND GLASSES. PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE MANAGEMENT. This will be a negative review for Invision Sight in Gardner. On July 15th, I had my contacts ordered for the year supply. My prescription was -1.5 on the Left Eye and -2.0 on the Right Eye. I was given a trial like they usually give ALL patients. This office, the staff, the doctor - ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR SERVICE. I felt heard, I felt understood, I felt all of my needs and concerns were addressed. I'm a patient for life!!
Wanted to love this place. Works with my insurance, boss recommended, close to work and home. Doctor was nice until you disagreed with him. Then wouldnt talk or listen about the one eye not being corrected right. Just handed back my old perscription and I was walked out my the front office staff left wondering what it all meant like I wasn't worth listening too or my perscription worth fixing.
