The settlement agent we worked with, Chrissy, ended up missing an important document at our closing, and we were not notified until after the recision period was over. Altogether, this has cost us $5500 out of pocket. I would not recommend them for services that require attention to detail.

I have personally worked in the title industry, locally and I can assure you that your buyer experience will be equally as difficult as the finance process. While Wanda is super communicative when you reach out she is silent until then. The process of buying or selling a home should be a joyful process and you do not get that here.

Closed our cash sale for us in a week upon our request to get done before a family member had to have surgery. Got the job done efficiently and went out of her way to accommodate us.
