I wish everyone could try it once and to feel the peace mindfulness brings through meditation. �
I now wake up Tuesday mornings in anticipation for the "Against the Stream" meditation group. I dig the Vibe Tribe and highly recommend Insight as the go to place to center oneself, amplify calmness and let go of the chatter. "Meditation is not what you think!"
