Nick serves as an inspiration to everyone in the recovery community 🫶🤓
Insight is well furnished, clean, and well run. Half of the therapist are very good and half are so-so. Chris, the lead director and Suzanne, the yoga/mindfullness instructor, are particularly good. Faciltors/therapists Veronica, Tatiana, and AnnieKay are also very good. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. Among the staff, I would have liked to have seen more open-mindedness around AI for mental health, AA, and the healthy use of smartphones. Insight Recovery is amazing. The staff (especially owner Steve, case manager Nick, and therapist Tiana) are all amazing. It is simply a fun place to go (free lunches!) while also working on mental health issues you may have. Steve has created a very engaging program that allows its goers to feel at ease, and options regarding where to take the next step in recovery and personal goals. It is structured but not too highly. Insight recovery came into my life at the perfect time. Steve doesn't just own insight he is a part of the community daily. Followed by Chris and Nick- they keep it fun here and go to lengths to be there for clients. I love them. All of the therapist are above and beyond not only have i learned so much from them but look up to all of them personally. 100/10 recommend
