Deanna's classes are always a mood booster. I leave feeling energised and on a high. She is so knowledgeable and consistently runs classes that keep us on our toes.
I enjoy coming to insight and attending the reformer classes, especially the classes run by both Tayla and Deanna, I always feel welcomed and supported at each class. Highly recommend Insight Pilates, a month in to attending 3-4 classes a week and I’m feeling strong and more energetic.

I'm a mum, 42, 2 years post successful kidney transplant. I was looking for my gym home a few months back. I have done F45, that was too hard on my body, I have done normal gyms, doesn't give me enough motivation to make any difference, until I came across Insight.
