Red flag alert! This place seems shady. After filling out an extensive online form that took over 40 minutes, I got an email, right away, that they didn't have someone who could help me for anxiety. (But there are several therapists on the website that specialize in anxiety). I was also told there are no therapists in the Westfield or Springfield office that work in-house. Hi! I am so incredibly grateful for my therapist, Marie Mazzola. She truly saved my life. She is compassionate, thoughtful, and so respectful, and she always meets me with kindness and understanding. She’s practical in the best way and helps me see things clearly while still holding space for ALL my feelings. Every session feels safe, supportive, and full of care. She is beyond sweet and kind, and I really don’t know where I’d be without her! She’s made me such a better person and I cannot recommend her enough.

My counselor Ms. Veronica Holbrook has been truly wonderful. It took me so long to find a counselor I truly connected with. Her sessions have helped me with my PTSD and my depression. She has taught me healthy mechanisms for me to move forward and I’ll always be grateful for her assistance!
