From the first call, the male pharmacist was short and rude with me. Every time I ask a question he would huff and give me an answer. When I asked him a specific question on a phone call I made after being on the medication for 2 months he was rude and blamed me for the problem. They shorted me out a week's worth of pills on one hormone. Never gave a call back when they were supposed to give me a call back because I was having a problem. Tom, Lynn, and the team are amazing. They will never let you forget your refills!
Just received a call from Lynn checking on me. So extremely happy with the thoroughness from Lynn and the rest of them. They talk through to make sure I understand the medications. I appreciate them going out of their way.
