Lynn spent 45 minutes consulting with me on my needs when I felt I wasnt getting answers from my provider. She has a gift and I am so thankful for her guidance in my crazy hormone journey.
From the first call, the male pharmacist was short and rude with me. Every time I ask a question he would huff and give me an answer. When I asked him a specific question on a phone call I made after being on the medication for 2 months he was rude and blamed me for the problem. They shorted me out a week's worth of pills on one hormone. Never gave a call back when they were supposed to give me a call back because I was having a problem.
