I have not had the best experience with Insight mainly due to their customer service. I have waited hours on hold before actually reaching someone. However, today we had Jess come out and he was phenomenal. Not only was kind and explained everything he was doing, he made sure we understood what was being used and how it is beneficial. The customer service my husband and I received from him has made me feel more confident in our choice to use Insight.
I had the privilege of meeting Max and Joshua, and they were so professional and compassionate about their profession. Because of their patience and character, I would refer them to anyone.
