Very pushy door to door sales tactics! Will say your neighbour just signed up and you should too, will try to convey fear around infestations just the next street over. Read their reviews on Better Business Bureau- all 1 star. They use rodent bait boxes that can be extremely dangerous for pets and wildlife. Rodents that eat the bait can be eaten by pets and wild predators or scavengers who will be in turn poisoned as well! (Not to mention the risk of direct poisoning if your pet accesses the bait directly!
I have been using the quarterly service since May 2024 and found it has lead to a significant reduction in the number of ants externally in our large patio areas as well the mice issue inside the home has been addressed, no more mice inside the home since starting with this service. Scam ! This is the second time I bought the annual package. I was fooled twice. I thought it would have been better on the second round but I was completely wrong. When I reached out to their service department by email, crickets (pun intended). And when I called the toll free number, when I press the desired number, nothing happens. They the call ends. Scam! Save your money! Photos attached of the bugs that made it into my house. Fortunately they are slow and easily caught and disposed of.
We had Shrey at the house this morning to refill our bait boxes for mice and rats and also to install a new ant trap. He is very professional and explained some things to us. Always happy with the service from Insight! I even recommended them to our friends in Kars!
