Salesmen came to my door and pressured me for a credit card for an hour and wouldn't leave, then when we agreed upon an etransfer for payment they still charged my card even when it was explicitly clear to not do that which caused me a big issue and refused to respect our agreement. Scummy service.
Seb, The technician called me upon arrival and explained what he was going to do for the ants and the wasp. I had a hornet problem near the porch area and he treated the area. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, really good customer service approach.
Paid for annual contract in good faith. Completed the first treatment. Had a serious continuing ant problem and called them - NO response. Just cancelled the service and being charged a cancelation fee ($250). Not good business. Mad at myself for signing a contract and sharing my credit card info with an unsolicited visitor on a scooter who knocked on my door. My bad. Don’t do the same.
