The one star is only because they were successful at scamming the most suspicious person!! This is a complete scam. Do not let them in your house or give them your credit card. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service. I have been trying for months to cancel my contract. My credit card company did an investigation and reversed a fraudulent charge. And they just messaged me to say they are coming next week to spray for bugs. Where I live it’s -30 degrees. There are no bugs!!!! They are just trying to justif... read more

Very poor service.... We received a email days before the service call, that we did not book, but we were out of country. I sent an email to cancel the service call but did not respond. Not sure if they even came and did the service. But I did get the bill.
