Based on initial experience, I'd previously rated this company five stars. Now, I will be reporting them to the AG office. I'd paid for a full year of service (through August 2026) to be performed at the home of my 99 year old mother. In spite of the fact that this account was paid, my very elderly mother was asked for payment when technicians visited.
