Hayet est passé pour une première visite tel que prévu aujourd'hui. Excellent service, courtois et professionel. Elle a traité pour les fourmis et rajouté du produit de contrôle là où je lui ai indiqué qu'il y avait une activité plus importante de foumis. Elle a aussi remplacé le poison à souris dans les deux trappes installées autour de la maison. Nous sommes très satisfaits à ce jour.
We have had 4 treatments now and we are very satisfied. Sung arrived, he was courteous, personable and explained what he was going to do. Which was great. I appreciate the detailed report/invoice explaining what was found and what treatment and action was taken. We have used a number of other pest control companies and this is by far the best company, clarifying what is going to be done and then reporting after. So far it has been great.
I have same or more insects after they came and did treatments last time the guy came from the minute he entered our property to the time he left, was 6-7 minutes (recorded on camera), he basically did nothing and they still charged me, I am very pissed and every insect I see makes me even angrier!
