This company is shady. They have high pressure sales show up and rush through a "contract" that is really a post card with check boxes on it and no signature, later they claim its an 18 month contract with horrible cancelation fees. Their business tactics are terrible and their accounting department is also inexperienced and screwed my account up every month. Eli was polite and professional. He explained what he would be doing today. He is definitely a technician I would be happy to have back! Because of his professionalism, I would highly recommend Insight to anyone with pest issues!
We have been hearing evidence of mice since September and Insight has been out and had to deal with a difficult area to access and there have been challenges of finding the right method to get rid of them. Hayden Arnold was out and was able to find a method that is working and we are grateful for his service and the time and effort to get results!
Wesley does an excellent job of keeping pests out of our home Also controlling them in our yard and around the other buildings. Pleasant to work with and keeps us informed of what he is doing each time.
