Called and asked for a 1 time service. I had some bees on my front porch and wanted them treated depending on what kind of bees they were. They came out and sprayed all around my house without letting me know if they were carpenter bees or honeybees, so I assumed they were carpenter bees since nothing was said. We called on Friday to arrange our first home pesticide service and payment for the following Tuesday afternoon. Brian came with his manager from Greenix Pest Control in Lexington, KY to our home in Richmond, KY. He applied spray and pellets around the base of our new home and above the base he applied a dust to all windows and around the windows as well as to the soffit and facia beneath the roof. This company “guaranteed” when I signed up for service and upon their first visit that they would eradicate my mole problem in 4 visits for $499. They were not successful. It was a total waste of money. Consumer BEWARE! Bad experience. I am also reporting to the BBB.
