The tech, Andrew, was great. He listened and explained everything well. With that said, my appointment time was between 1-3pm. Around 430pm, when nobody showed up yet or notified me that Andrew would be running late, I reached out to customer service to see if anyone was coming. I got a response 30 mins later saying that Andrew was 60 mins out and heading to my house. I took off work early to meet Andrew, so I lost income, and waited over 5hrs for him to show.
