Blake and Cruz were excellent. I had a lot of spiders around the house and they help me out with it.
Called them for what we thought were termites, got told they were carpenter ants over the phone, when they got here we were told they couldn't service either (even though they told us they thought it was carpenter ants and continued to set up the appointment). Effectively we got scammed out of $400. No resolution through support, we're now having to issue a dispute with our bank. I'd give 0 stars it is was an option.

They ignored "No soliciting" signs, did not know the products they used, and their "Introductory" price was more expensive than my current, but phrased deceptively to appear less.
