Parker is always so communicative and makes sure he is always aware of what it is you need and does a really thorough job.
he was a new service tech to me but very nice guy. Thomas was very informative about what he would do and what I should do. I expected Parker but it is nice to know that all your techs are really nice people.
As always, I can’t see enough nice things about Parker. He’s so good at what he does and he’s so nice to deal with.
