I had an amazing experience at Insight Optometrist! The gentleman at the front I think he was called James - was super welcoming and friendly. I had my first ortho-k done by Craig, who was a fantastic and knowledgable optometrist. He made the whole process really smooth. The package included everything I needed to take care of my ortho-k lenses, which was really convenient as well.
Absolutely amazing. Staff are so friendly and the optometrist did such a thorough check. She listened to my concerns and helped me out with my queries. Convenient location as well, just 3 mins walk from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
Great team at insight. Professional and friendly. Saw Craig today - nice fella, very friendly and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks Craig.
