Had an eye exam on November 4th, 2025. The Dr was friendly. Was told I needed a new prescription in My glasses. I decided to use My existing frames and just paid to have new lenses put in. I gave them My frames, paid $40.00 and was told My glasses would be ready in one week. After a month of no word I went to the store to check on status of My glasses. I was told that the lab had scratched My new lenses and was told I could accept the scratched glasses or wait longer. I obviously didn't want a brand new pair of glasses to be... read more
