The Doctor was amazing friendly and patient. but... I got my exam, I bought and paid for a pair of glasses from them. I then asked for the pupillary distance which was not included on the prescription. I wanted to buy a cheap second pair online. they said that policy would not permit them. Instead they needed to measure again and charge me $30. they already had the information and withheld it from me. This was for my annual checkup. Dr. McCormick was great and never pressured to get something I didn't need.
I’ve been a patient since Dr McCormick has been an eye doctor and she really cares about her patients and gives them the best possible care, sending them to specialists if needed.
