It was a great experience, he took the time to explain things in a straightforward way to me without giving me any of the sales pitch BS I was used to hearing by that point. Then he went and got me 2.50% on a 15 yr mortgage refinancing at the beginning of March this year that saved me a ton off the mortgage that I'd closed in the middle of 2018. Couldn't be happier.
