What can I say. Very professional. Waiting time was terrific
The desk staff at Insight Medical were professional and pleasant to interact with. I arrived early expecting to wait, however, they took me in right away. The tech was very helpful in assisting me throughout the procedure. The doctor provided clear instructions as to what I needed to do for each step of the procedure. I would highly recommend Insight Medical for lab procedures.

They won't take appointments but will expect you to sit two hours to wait for a walk in exam. They're open for so little of the day, I genuinely don't know who can work around their hours. If walk-ins are 30+ minute wait, you should be taking appointments for ALL exam types. Not to mention the receptionist will yell at you when you ask for an appointment and explain your circumstances.
