The waiting room was well ventilated .Everyone was kind and friendly and my x ray was efficient and not rushed. Professional.

My sister had an echocardiogram appointment booked three weeks ago. When she called to confirm, the clinic told her no requisition was needed. She even left work early and walked to the clinic for her appointment, only to be met by two of the rudest and most unprofessional receptionists we’ve ever encountered. Instead of helping, they dismissed her and said, “It’s not our fault, we didn’t do the booking.” No apology, no accountability, just attitude. It's been awhile since I've been impressed with a medical clinic. However my trip here today was a breath of fresh air. They where quick professional and extremely polite. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes Props to the entire team.
