was fast and got done. been there a few times before just do not like the far location especially when you have to bus it. it would be nice if there were a couple more locations like northgate or kingsway areas. would be back again eventually.
Everyone was very professional and with a pre-booked appointment, wait time was minimal. I would especially like to acknowledge the professionalism of the technicians. I had an ultrasound and an xray. Both of the technicians I saw were pleasant and professional making the experience relatively comfortable given the circumstances. The technicians were both excellent at providing clear instructions which I think helped them to be so efficient but also made me feel more at ease. Highly recommend this location.
I’ve always had a great experience with Insight Diagnostics! The team is incredibly easy and efficient to deal with — appointments are well-organized and wait times are minimal. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference, especially during pregnancy-related visits. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of here. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for professional and compassionate diagnostic care!
I wouldn’t recommend going here for an ultrasound. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment due to construction and having to take a detour. When I arrived, I asked the rep if I could speak with the nurse doing my NT ultrasound, and she refused. I then requested to speak with a supervisor and was told I’d have to wait 15 minutes. The customer service was poor, and there was a clear lack of empathy for my situation.
Everytime I call they are always so helpful accommodating and go the extra mile to assist
