Feb 20. 2026 I had an awesome experience at insight. Medical today went for a mammogram and an ultrasound, and I must say the most friendliest staff front counter as well. So awesome, so friendly.So professional and made me feel so good.Thank you so much💫
The office staff was welcoming and efficient. However, the X-ray technician appears to have incorrectly processed my husband’s chest X-ray, resulting in a false report of cardiomegaly. He originally came in to check for pneumonia, and the incorrect result caused significant mental and emotional distress for several weeks until an echocardiogram confirmed it was a false positive. The technician could be more diligent in image processing and interpretation, double-checking results before finalizing reports.
I've been to this location quite a few times. Location is great and convenient for me. Office is nice, clean and new. I've had a few different techs and they were all friendly and professional. As for the front desk I always seem to get the same one, Jess (brown long hair). She is not friendly, not welcoming and I don't think I've ever seen her smile. She looks absolutely miserable to be honest. At my last visit she looked at my requisition quickly at check in. She proceeded to tell me that she needed to check with the tech.... read more
Amazing experience! Location is so clean. Reception staff are wonderful. Technician is so helpful, friendly and efficient! Highly recommend! I used to go to the Callingwood location but will now go to this location in The Grange.
