I want to leave a huge thank you for Gloria. I had an appointment for some scans at 8:00 AM today, and she made the entire experience wonderful. She is truly the kindest, sweetest, most amazing person I’ve ever met in a medical setting. We spent the appointment laughing and joking, which made everything go by so quickly. She has a pure heart of gold and a genuine gift for making patients feel comfortable. Gloria brings such warmth, and her positive energy is infectious. The facility is lucky to have her!
I have recently moved from Ontario and have had a few medical procedures done here.All the staff are very kind and compassionate. Highly recommended!!
Incredible service. Arrived early, got in early, was done 5 min after scheduled appointment time. The technician was excellent, respectful, kind, professional, but above all humane. I've been there several times, and they are always consistent.
When I walked in here I paused because this place felt immediately different from the last few imaging places I've been to. Everything looked so clean and tidy, it didn't have that grungy rundown look that most of the places have now. When I looked around the staff were smiling and the other clients all seemed to be in a good mood.
