Every time I call, I’m told that the business is closed, even when it is hours before the closing time. I have a huge ovarian cyst that needs to be monitored and IMI is preventing me from getting the medical care I need. I’m in pain and unable to get medical help unless I go to an emergency room, which is stupid. I was given a doctors paper to book an appointment here and I haven’t been given the chance because every time I call it won’t go through
The Tech had no people skills whatsoever, got my friend so wound up, as she had already bailed from 1 appointment due to the lack of these skills. I have no issue with them telling her that it can hurt, but there are so many ways to says it better
I came in on Monday with my father to get an ultrasound, when waiting in line which felt like forever , the lady with dark hair and glasses closest to the wall refused to even look out direction. She wasn’t helping anyone and when I asked if it was ok to approach so we could get helped she rudely told us no, that she’d help when ready. It was a terrible first interaction.
