Avoid Insight Medical. They ruined my gender reveal experience and added stress during what should have been a special moment. At 16 weeks, I was legally entitled to know the gender, but the staff were argumentative and unprofessional. The ultrasound was low quality, and my OB flagged that critical medical information was missing, which could have affected my care. The young lady that did my ultrasound was phenomenal. Her name was Sadie. The kindness, soft touch, soft tone and real approach to my time there made my appointment flow swimmingly. I wish my other appointments would be as good as the one with Sadie.
Very happy the clinic extended hours for some simple things like X-rays etc. This is great for folks who work until 5-530pm.
I had an ultrasound done here, and the ultrasonographer was very lovely! This review is in no reflection to them, which is why there are 2 stars and not 1. The reason why I am giving this review is due to one of the staff I had encountered at the front desk. She may have been someone of authority, due to her loud and intimidating nature standing behind the ladies at the counter. When I first arrived, I checked in and had a seat. Their phone line just keeps you on hold, and their callback feature does not work, so I cannot cancel my appointment. Best notice Im able to give. I'll be a no-show then
