I always booked my appointment @ Insight Medical Imaging Millwoods bec the clinic is very accessible, clean and staffs are nice and approachable. Highly recommended this clinic..😊
waited 45 minutes while everyone else came and went, went to the desk and asked about my appointment and found out they hadn't notified the staff of my appointment. Massive waste of time.
Visited today for wife X-ray. Waited almost 45 minutes Asked three times ya you are in queue Very poor service
I came in for a scan recently and was looked after by Brian. He was warm, gentle, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. Having worked in a diagnostic imaging clinic myself for over a decade - and having had this same type of scan before - I can confidently say that Brian is highly skilled and clearly knows what he’s doing. Excellent care all around. Thank you!
The girls at reception are all rude and lack customer service.. don’t know how to deal with the customer. Didn’t ask for anything more just asked how much time will it take to get me in? She was like you come again some other day. If you don’t like to work find something else..
