I was so nervous for this procedure but the nurses and the doctor were FANTASTIC. They were so kind and understanding! They explained everything and Dr. Lian was unreal. It did not hurt AT ALL! I found the receptionist to be quite short and cold but maybe just one of those days... we all have them! :)
They are professional, efficient, and kind. I struggled with an epidural in my neck and they stopped everything to help make me feel better physically. The compassion and understanding was above and beyond. Recommend this clinic 100%.
Exceptional service on all fronts!
The experience was very good overall. There was 2 assistants one could brush up on her bed side manner. The other and the doctor were fantastic. They saved the experience.
