I had 2 MRI’s in the one appointment, and I’m claustrophobic but the tech there, younger guy probably around 30’s with bald head and beard. He was very accommodating and did everything to make me feel comfortable what he did. I was in the note in no time everything was so quick and easy.
Went there to get wires put in prior to breast surgery so the surgeon could track how much of the breast needed to come off. Wires are exactly as they sound… Wires. The radiologist first stuck a needle to freeze the breast tissue…. What was the point immediately stuck wires through my breast. Either go somewhere else or take a knife with you to protect your self and speak up. I didn’t know it was happening until he did. Ladies I share this only so you can not live with this.

I had medical imaging today with techinician - Hailey, and she was absolutely awesome! She made the whole process stress-free, especially since it was my first time. She was very friendly and engaging throughout the entire scan. I had a really great experience with her.
Today, I had an MRI for four different concerns. From the moment I walked in the front door, the receptionist was friendly, attentive, and directed me to the MRI department. Once I entered the office, the experience got even better. I was greeted by another receptionist who checked me in and asked me to sit in the waiting area while she brought me papers to sign.
