Efficiency, respect and good communication
The appointment occurred exactly as detailed in the pretreatment information. All the staff were very friendly and professional during check in and treatment. The premises were clean and bright. I felt that I was well looked after.
The doctors and other staff were remarkable. Everything was explained in terminology that I could understand. They answered questions and calmed my concerns. They were very gentle and welcoming. Thank you so much for being so welcoming and comforting.
I have the best experience with this clinic when I was doing my MIBI. Starting from reception to the finish. I have to mention the technician Alasdair who’s really thorough in explaining everything of the procedure he’s doing and asking constantly about changes that I feel. He’s calming when you’re in a stressful situation it’s good to know that you’re at ease cause someone is there watching over you and answering questions you asked.
