If you call them, they will put you on hold for long minutes and then they will manipulate you by transferring your call many times because every person you talk to and tell them the purpose of the call will transfer the call to another person. This will remain like a ball between the players while they are all sitting on one tennis table and playing with you.

I have been to this clinic previously and never had issue. Last week, however, was really unpleasant. I had an appointment to receive a steroid injection in my spine for neuropathy. While the receptionist who checked me in spoke to me in a whisper, she was fine. The minute the radiologist entered the room is where my experience soured. He made a stink about the needle being too small because I have too much soft tissue. I am well aware that I am fat, but did he need to make such a stink about it? Rude.

Way better than MIC!!! Appointments are way more accessible than MIC. 1 week wait compared to 3 months at MIC!!!!

I visited Hermitage Dental 50 St. NW Edmonton a few days ago. Staff are very welcoming. My Dentist Dr. Uppal was very passionate, knowledgeable he explained to me everything about my treatment and dental procedures and what to expect and as well her Dental assistant Xzy who explained to me on my own dialect. Thank you so much for excellent service every time i visit you !♥️
