Hours posted on Google do not accurately depict true hours of operation. I arrived at 4:30pm Saturday and the doors were locked and lights out. Though advertised hours say they’re open until 5pm on Saturdays.
Easy to get into, clean, tidy. Very friendly and fast for xrays. A little slower for ultrasound, etc.
I cannot say enough good things about this location. The ultrasound supervisor, Heather was the happiest, most cheerful person. Her front end staff and the X-ray techs were equally upbeat and incredible. If you are a kind human who wants a happy no nonsense experience check them out. I got hurt during my ultrasound. Yep that sounds weird, but I had to do like crunchies and hold my stomach tight like 12 times and so it actually made my hernia worse and maybe even caused another not only that but the booking agent tried to diagnose me over the phone so that she could book me properly and she’s like nope you don’t have a hernia in this like sarcastic he snarky voice And she was wrong so maybe don’t diagnose people over the phone you old bat you’re not a doctor.
It's an x-ray place. It's fine. The girl at the front desk called me up and I said, "Hi, I have an appointment at ** time." She said nothing in reply, I stood there awkwardly for a few moments watching her stare off to the left, playing with her hair. I decided to start looking for my healthcare card while she figured out what to say. As she continued to fiddle with her hair and I eventually said "do you need my health care card?"
