The receptionist, Melina was so friendly and helpful and had a wonderful sense of humour. The radiologist I had seen a few months ago reviewed my medical notes and wanted to see me for my mammogram. This was for the scheduled time. Amazing service and so very different from my experience at another place yesterday.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was especially happy with the wait time. Excellent! I registered and was taken directly for my test with no wait time at all. The technician was also great! Overall thumbs up .
I go on line to check when the Heritage site opens. It indicates 0730. I arrive at 0745, the lights are off and no one is here. I check on line again and it says they are open. I then go directly to the site website, it indicates 0800. It is now 0814 and still no one is here. I'm giving them only 1 star because of these 2 issues.
