I came 10 min late on my appointment due to poor road conditions in winter, they decided not to see me and cancelled all the exams scheduled on that day for me. Which means that I had to drive 45 minutes on slippery roads, cancel a working day (without pay) and fasting for several hours (as they recommended), only to be told that I had to rebook an other appointment and start all over again. Looks like state of the art equipment, and professional technicians. I decided to come here because it’s close to home. However unlike at Lendrums Womens Imaging, results not given on same day here like I was led to believe. From now on, I’ll be going back to Lendrums where I walk out on the same day with the results. I will have to wait a week to 10 days for results at this clinic.

No bookings for a simple ultrasound. Complete waste of time.
What awful woman that work here. I had my gender ultrasound done January 27th, 26 on my birthday to boot. This tech had it out for someone before I could walk through the exam room. Wouldn't allow even my daughter in the room while my husband would sit with a year old. Nope. No guest in room. She got me flustered there, cause I know 1 is allowed.
