The coordinators adjusted their scheduling accordingly to fit me in the very next day given my injuries. The wait time went from one month to one day, and I am very grateful for this. It goes to show that people are willing to help and do care. thank you!
Went in for a walk in X-ray appointment and it was very quick. All staff that I dealt with were great.
Robyn did my bone density test on Wednesday, September 17th. She was both professional and friendly, explaining how the scan would work, ahead of time, and also as it was taking place. Her warm demeanor set me at ease and the small talk made me feel comfortable in her presence but also gave me confidence in her skills. Thank you Robyn for a positive experience.
Had a very poor experience yesterday with my husband's echocardiogram. We've waited for 3 months just to be disrespected by your out of town tech from Edmonton. Rude, racist and told me that I shouldn't even be there with my husband. Not a family friendly center. This is our first time being mistreated like this in a medical clinic. Super fast! Friendly staff, appointment and walk in waits were on time and quick. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! My tech for the mammogram and the student for my xray, both awesome!
